SMITH SUES FOR TEAM WORK AS NEW IGP VISITS POLICE SERVICE COMMISSION

The Police Service Commission (PSC) on Wednesday played host to the Acting Inspector General of Police, Usman Baba Alkali and the Management team of the Nigeria Police Force with Commission’s Chairman, Alhaji Musiliu Smith calling for a harmonious and productive working relationship between the two government Agencies in the interest of the nation.

POLICE ARREST VIGILANTE MAN FOR KILLING PASSERBY, 17 SUSPECTED ARMED ROBBERS, RECOVER ARMS

The police operatives attached to Ijora Division of the command, on Tuesday, 13th April 2021, at about 2pm arrested one Vigilante member, Lukman Rasak, m, 30,  for shooting one Musa Yahaya, m, 28, on his chest at Ijora area of the state.

The victim was rushed to the hospital where he was confirmed dead.

The Federal Road Safety Commission has approved the promotion of 1 Assistant Corps Marshal (ACM) to the rank of Deputy Corps Marshal (DCM), 9 Corps Commanders (CC) to the rank of Assistant Corps Marshal (ACM) and 26 Deputy Corps Commanders (DCC) to the rank of Corps Commander.

PREGNANT WIFE ALLEDGELY KILLED BY HUSBAND: POLICE DEBUNKS SOCIAL MEDIA REPORT, SAYS SUSPECT TRANSFERED TO SCID

The Lagos State Police Command have denied and debunks earlier report on social media stating that the man allegedly killed his pregnant wife had been released.

The Police through her Spokesperson, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi has stated that,  contrary to reports making the rounds the social media that Mr. Anthony Ikpeama – who was alleged to have killed his wife, Adaeze Ikpeama – has been released after presenting a medical report, is not true but, just a rumour.
