DELTA POLICE FOILS CULTISTS INITIATION, ARREST ARMED ROBBERS •Recover locally made guns, stolen vehicle

The Delta State Police Command under the leadership of CP Ari Muhammed Ali has recorded another great feat in the fight against kidnapping, cultism, armed robbery and criminality.

In a press statement by the Command's Spokesperson, DSP Edafe Bright stated that, "On the 04/07/2021 at about 1830hrs, Operative of ‘A’ division Quick Response team while on patrol along NPA Link road received information that three (3) young men on a tricycle were robbing innocent citizens of their valuables.

ANAMBRA POLICE OPERATIVES BURST CULT INITIATION

Following a credible intelligence at about 12pm, today 13th of April, 2021, Police Operatives attached to Anti-Cult unit of Anambra State Police Command  bursted the Den of Cultist and Armed robbery gang in Amiwko Village Awka and arrested six suspects.

DELTA POLICE NABBED SUSPECTED KIDNAPPERS, ILLICIT DRUG PEDDLERS, CULTISTS

Following  the protest staged by farmers of Abraka and Umutu over killings and destruction of their farm lands and crops by Herdemen, the Divisional Police Officer of Abraka and Umutu led a Joint Operation comprising of Police Officers.

DSS operatives and Vigilantes from  Ethiope East and Ukwuani Local Government Areas, a Government Reserves Parcel of land at Obiaruku  to clampdown on the suspected criminals suspected criminals and restore nomalcy.

Police nab 2 cultists at Yaba Tech’s matriculation

Suspected Cultists 
Two suspected cultists, alleged to have attempted to disrupt the matriculation ceremony at Yaba College of Technology, have been arrested.

Their arrest, according to Lagos State Police Command spokesman, DSP Elkana Bala, followed a distress call received by policemen at Sabo Division that Armed cultists were sighted in the school’s premises.

This is just as six suspected traffic robbers were arrested, weekend, in different parts of the state, with stolen items, arms and ammunition recovered from them. Upon receipt of the distress call from the institution, Bala said: “Teams of policemen from Sabo Police Station and Tactical Units of the Command were promptly drafted to the scene to reinforce the campus patrol team.

Villagers desert homes as cultists invade Imo community



Two rival cult groups – Asland and Deegbam – have invaded Obitti autonomous community in Ohaji/Egbema Council Area of Imo State, chasing away the indigenes.
The rampaging cult groups in their latest attack took over the entire community after killing one person and wounding many villagers.
They also burnt several buildings belonging to their members.
