LAGOS CP HOLDS STRATEGIC MEETING TO REVIEW SECURITY SITUATION IN THE STATE

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, today 9th August, 2021 held a strategic meeting with his Management Team, Area Commanders, DPOs, HODs and other tactical commanders to review security situation in the State. The meeting was part of concerted, deliberate efforts to sustain the existing peace and tranquility currently being enjoyed in the State.

LSSTF supports security formations for improved security in Lagos

In an interview with the Executive Secretary/CEO of the LSSTF, Dr. Abdurrazaq Balogun on the presentation of security equipment recently handed over to the Lagos State Police Command for the enhancement of their operations recently, stated that “the State government is committed to ensuring the security of residents and investors, and has plans to secure the flanks as well as the inner city, by providing critical infrastructure to rev up the security architecture of the state.”

Online Security News Publishers Welcome New Lagos PPRO, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, Pledges Support

The National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP) has felicitated with the newly appointed Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Command, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu.

CSP Ajisebutu's appointment was announced on Friday by the immediate past Spokesperson of the Command, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, following recommendations based on positive service records and meritorious endeavours for public good.

DELTA POLICE ARRESTS RITUALISTS WHO GANG RAPE, MURDER 50 YEAR OLD WOMAN

The Delta State Police Command under the leadership of CP Ari Muhammed Ali has arrested suspected ritualists who gang raped and murdered a 50 years old woman at Umeh Community area of Isoko south local Government of the State.

In a press statement e-signed and released by the Command's Spokesperson, DSP Edafe Bright stated that, "A 50-year old woman, Mrs. Patience Komore, has been killed by suspected ritualists at Umeh community, Isoko South Local Government Area, Delta State."

She made this note of caution when she paid a working visit to the Lagos State Command during the week.

LAGOS COMMAND GETS NEW PPRO AS ADEJOBI MOVES TO FORCE PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT, ABUJA

The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Usman Alkali Baba, NPM, fdc, has approved the posting of CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Police Public Relations Officer, Lagos State, to the Force Public Relations Department, Office of the Inspector-General of Police, Force Headquarters, Garki Abuja while CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu has been posted and taken over as the new PPRO Lagos State Police Command with effect from Friday, 6th August, 2021.
