DELTA POLICE DECLEAR WAR AGAINST CULTISM, ARREST OVER 100 CULTIST, FOILS AN INITIATION PROCESS, RECOVER AK50 19 ROUNDS OF 7.62MM LIVEAMMUNITION

The Commissioner of Police, Delta State Police Command has declared war against cultism, kidnapping and and criminality in the State.

In a press statement by the Command's acting Spokesperson, DSP Edafe Bright stated that, "On the 15/7/2021 at about 2050hrs, Commander of RRS Delta and team while on visibility patrol along Ibusa-Ogwashi-Uku – Issele-Azagba road after Ogwashi-Uku Polytechnic, received information that a group of suspected cultist came out from the bush with intent to cause mayhem."

In commemoration of this year’s  National Diaspora Day event, Ecobank Nigeria is joining the rest of the country to celebrate Nigerians in the diaspora by making transactions on its proprietary money transfer app, Rapidtransfer, free of charge.

The Federal Government has set aside July 25 of every year as the National Diaspora Day in recognition of the contributions of Nigerians living outside the country towards the development of their homeland.

LNSA Charges Corps Officers on Improved Service Delivery

As part of the rebranding initiative of Lagos State Neighborhood Corps Officers, the General Manager of Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency, Prince Dr Ifalade Oyekan has advised the Corps Officers to move the security outfit to the next level.

This was stated today at the Agency's Headquarters in Oshodi when Corps Officers on Grade level 9 and 10 wrote exams for the post of Corps Supretendents and Deputy Corps Supretendents.
