Arising from the need to ensure enhanced visibility and guarantee safe travels for all road users before, during and after the 2021 Eid-El Kabir celebrations in Nigeria, which has been declared to hold on 20th July, 2021, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced massive mobilisation of its personnel and operational equipments for the 2021 Sallah special patrol.

FRSC LAGOS ARRESTED 15147 TRAFFIC OFFENDERS IN THREE (3) MONTHS
The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) arrested a total of 15147 traffic offenders in Lagos between April to June this year.
The Sector Commander FRSC Lagos Sector Command Corps Commander Olusegun Ogungbemide today said:
In April 2021, the number of offenders stood at 5,540 with 6,526 number of offences while in May 2021, the number of offenders was 5,398 while the number of offences was 6,315. In June 2021, a total of 4,209 number of offenders were apprehended with 5, 054 offence.
