LASTMA DISOWNS INVOLVEMENT IN OJODU TRUCK ACCIDENT – GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manager of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA has debunked viral online insinuation over the truck that rammed into some School Students at Grammar School, along Ogunnusi road in Ojodu area was caused by officials of the agency.

The Federal Road Safety Corps, Lagos Sector Command has commenced Special Patrol Operation for the 2021 Eid-El-Kabir Sallah celebration in Lagos state.

MASSIVE MOBILISATION OF PERSONNEL AND OPERATIONAL EQUIPMENTS: FRSC TARGETS HIGH VISIBILITY, DEPLOYS 35000 PERSONNEL, 736 PATROL VEHICLES, 120 AMBULANCES, 25 TOW TRUCKS, AND OVER 200 BIKES FOR 2021 EID-EL KABIR SALLAH SPECIAL PATROL

Arising from the need to ensure enhanced visibility and guarantee safe travels for all road users before, during and after the 2021 Eid-El Kabir celebrations in Nigeria, which has been declared to hold on 20th July, 2021, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has announced massive mobilisation of its personnel and operational equipments for the 2021 Sallah special patrol.

FRSC BEGINS EID EL FITR SPECIAL PATROL OPERATIONS, DEPLOYS 35,000 PERSONNEL, 736 PATROL VEHICLES, 120 AMBULANCES, 25 TOW TRUCKS AND OVER 200 BIKES

Following the declaration of Thursday, 13th May, 2021 as the day of Eid el Fitr in Nigeria, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has commenced massive Mobilisation of its personnel and operational equipments for the Sallah special patrol aimed at ensuring safer road environment, before, during the festive period and beyond.
