EFCC asked Fani-Kayode to deposit $1m, implicate Jonathan, others — Aide

42-year-old Zainab Salisu, who stole two children, told newsmen, yesterday, at Lagos State Police Command, Ikeja, that she needed the babies because she had a miscarriage, but needed to show her lover evidence of the pregnancy she claimed was his.


However, Zainab’s lover, Saheed Akinwale, a father of three, said he only met her last year, adding “few months after we started dating, she said she was pregnant for me and wanted to travel to the United States to deliver the children.

PDP: Court acquits son over father’s murder

An Akwa Ibom High Court on Thursday discharged and acquitted Mr. Odudu Ukpanah, the son of the late Peoples Democratic Party chieftain, Albert Ukpanah, of murder.
The presiding judge, Justice Ezekiel Enang, said the murder allegation levelled against Odudu by the police and the Akwa Ibom State Government could not be proved, hence, the court set him free.

NAF chief remanded in prison over N166m contractor’s gift

A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory in Apo, Abuja, on Thursday, ordered the remand of the Chief of Training and Operations of the Nigerian Air Force, Air Vice Marshal Olutayo Oguntoyinbo, in Kuje Prison, pending the hearing of his bail application slated for June 6.

Elon Musk doesn’t think Google will compete with Tesla — but Apple could
