Barely a year after the highest advisory political organ of Lagos chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC), Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC), banned Internal groups within the party, the council has adjusted the membership list with the immediate past governor of the state, Akinwunmi Ambode, missing out from the new membership composition.

The Lagos State Police Command has commenced investigation into the attack on the Traffic Officer, ASP Daudu Ajayi, m, attached to Abattoir Division of the Command as captured in the video that went viral today Wednesday 21st April, 2021.

The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State, CP Hakeem Odumosu, was taken aback by the act of the driver and some individuals in the viral video and ordered that the case be thoroughly investigated while the driver and his accomplices involved in the dastardly act be caused to face the full wrath of the law.

The Delta State Police Command under the leadership of CP Ari Muhammed Ali FCIA, PSC+ in a bid to reduce crime in the state, has continued to raid and go after criminal elements in the state.

According to the Command's Spokesperson, DSP Edafe Bright in a press statement stated that, the Commissioner of Police Delta State is not leaving any stone unturned and will continue to do so in order to have a crime free Delta state.

Isaac Akinmoyede Assumes Office As AIG Zone 5 Command, Benin

AIG Isaac Akinmoyede has assumed office as the new Assistant Inspector General (AIG) of Police in charge of Zone 5.

The zone covers Edo and Delta.

DSP Tijani Momoh, Police Public Relations Officer of Zone 5 stated on Tuesday that Akinmoyede resumed work in the zone on Monday, April 19.
