Inuwa mni, who is the current AIG Zone 13 Dunokofia-Ukpo, Anambra State, and CP Adeleke Bode Adeyinka mni, the present Kebbi State Police Commissioner, in recognition of their outstanding leadership qualities and invaluable contributions.
