The founder of an online underworld bank that allegedly laundered billions of dollars for criminals was sentenced Friday to 20 years in prison.

An aide to former Governor James Ibori of Delta State, Ayiri Emami, has revealed that he is no longer responsible for reggae icon, Majekodunmi Fasheke, popularly called Majek Fashek.

The oil baron, who reportedly sponsored Fashek’s rehabilitation at an Abuja rehabilitation home, Synapse Services-Centre for Psychological Medicine in 2015, disclosed that the affairs of the legendary musician was no longer under his care since the day he (Majek) returned to Lagos against his wish.
