Newly-promoted Nigeria Professional Football League club, Kwara United were involved in an auto crash on Wednesday morning on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.
The Kwara United contingent were returning to their base having taken part in the just concluded Bet9ja NNL Season Super 4 tournament held in Lagos.
While reports indicate that no life was lost in the incidence, a few of the players and officials are being hospitalized presently.
Kwara United are meant to host Niger Tornadoes in the opening day of the NPFL on Sunday but it is not clear if the game will go ahead with this setback.
