Fraudsters have created more than 14 fake accounts in my name – Kunle Afolayan warns fans

Nollywood actor and film maker, Kunle Afolayan has urged his fans to beware of fraudsters who operate several social media accounts in his name.
He took to his Twitter and Instagram accounts @kunleafolayan and @kunleafo to post a list of accounts claiming to belong to him.
The multiple award winning producer said a concerned fan notified him on Facebook of the scandalous activities of one of those accounts.
The top filmmaker disclaimed 14 Facebook accounts set up by fraudsters to dupe people, adding that the fraudsters promised their victims laptops, ipads and other things.

He wrote: “Hi friends, fans and followers, kindly help spread this picture and note as it’s become alarming how the imposters are using my name to do scams.
“My only genuine Facebook account is the one with the blue verified mark, the rest of the accounts below the verified one are fake. I have shared a proof.
“Someone called my attention to one of the fake accounts today where the imposter promised people laptops, iPad and many things,” he added.
