Katsina Government Employs Dogs To Secure Boarding Schools

The Katsina State Government have approved the employment of dogs by the security personnel deployed to secure the state’s boarding schools.

This move, according to the Katsina State Commissioner for Education, Dr Badamasi Lawal Charanchi is to complement the efforts of the security personnel attached to each boarding schools.

Unity Bank Posts Assets Growth of 67.90% to N492.02 Billion, As Gross Earnings Hit N42.71 Billion in FY 2020

Unity Bank Plc grew its assets base to N492.02billion representing a significant increase of 67.90% from the N293.05 billion of total assets value recorded in 2019. This is even as the agric-focused lender declared gross earnings of N42.71 billion within the period under review.

A horde of human rights and civil liberty advocates and bodies in Lagos and across the country have continue to commend police operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), Lagos for exhibiting uncommon level of professionalism in the face of a supposedly unbearable provocation by a defaulting motorist who was stopped for driving against traffic (One Way), in line with the Lagos state revised traffic law 2018.
