EFCC asked to investigate 38 sacked Army officers
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has said that it will launch a probe into the activities of the 38 soldiers, who were compulsorily retired by the Nigerian Army recently. The soldiers were retired last week by the military authorities following their alleged involvement in the arms deal fraud.

The anti-graft body gave this assurance, when a human rights group, Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Advocacy Centre protested to the commission, demanding the probe of the soldiers.

Getting to Kara area in Lagos before bargar, I saw multitude of people both those walking with leg, driving and even commercial vehicles stopping by and looking down the bridge where Hausa people sells ram, cow and some other animals.

403,528 applied for teachers’ job in 36 hours – Presidency

The Presidency on Monday said 403,528 persons had so far successfully applied for jobs on the Federal Government’s newly-launched job portal since it opened for applicants on Sunday.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Vice-President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Laolu Akande, disclosed this in a statement made available to journalists on Monday.
