Six elderly receive 120 strokes of cane for improper conduct

Malumfashi (Katsina State) – A Malumfashi Senior Magistrates’ Court in Katsina State, on Wednesday sentenced six elderly persons to 20 strokes of the cane each for constituting nuisance while drunk.
