An information technology firm, SoftCom Solutions Limited, has introduced a mobile learning programme for undergraduates of the newly-established university, Mountain Top University.
The mobile learning programme, which was developed in conjunction with Samsung Business, is a revolutionary portable mobile device bundled with EduSocial apps that allows students access course materials, lecture notes, case studies and university libraries via their mobile devices.

Nigerian man sentenced to death by hanging in Malaysia for drug trafficking

A Malaysian High Court, Monday sentenced a Nigerian national to death by hanging after he was found guilty of trafficking 915.6 grammes of methamphetamine three years ago.

Boss kills himself after mine collapses in China trapping 17

A Chinese executive has committed suicide two days after a gypsum mine collapsed trapping 17 people, state media reported.
Ma Congbo, chief executive of Yurong Trade Company that owns the mine in Shandong province, eastern China killed himself by jumping into a mine well during the rescue operation in the early hours of Sunday, according to the provincial government, cited by state news agency Xinhua.

He was shot to death on Sunday in El Salvador.
Alfredo Pacheco, a disgraced former top soccer player for El Salvador, has been shot to death, authorities said.
Pacheco, whose career included a spell at the New York Red Bulls, was shot early Sunday at a gas station in Santa Ana, his hometown in northwestern El Salvador, officials said.
